It took me a while, but I finally took a nice picture of this kind of plant, that is called bird’s nest ferns and grows everywhere in Singapore.

Me ha costado pero al final he hecho una foto que me gusta de esta planta que crece por todos sitios aqui en Singapur.

One of the must-visit in Kyoto is the Kinkaku-ji, or Golden Pavilion. No wonder why. Since it was a sunny and cloudless day, the reflection on the water was perfect.
We tried to get there early, to avoid the crowd, but between trains and buses (BTW, buses have a standard fee and it's paid when you leave the bus), we arrived there at 9am, and it already super-crowded.

Uno de las visitas obligadas en Kyoto es el Kinkaku-ji o Golden Pavilion (Pabellon dorado). No hay dudas de por que. Como ese dia habia sol y no habia ninguna nube, el reflejo en el agua era perfecto.
Intentamos llegar alli temprano, para evitar encontrar alli a mucha gente, pero entre trenes y autobuses (los autobuses tienen tarifa standar y se pagan a la salida), no llegamos alli hasta las 9 de la mañana, y ya esta lleno.

During the CNY there was curly bamboo everywhere too, and I was thinking about buying one. Even though it should not be difficult to take care of it, given my previous experiences with plants, I'm not sure I could keep it alive...

Despues de ver tantas plantas de bamboo durante el año nuevo chino, estaba pensando en comprarme una. Pero dada mi historia con las plantas, y aunque teoricamente estas plantas no requieren muchos cuidados, no estoy segura de que sea capaz de que no se muriese....

I had an outing with the photography group today to the Garden by the Bay. One of the main attraction are the Supertrees, and there was a nice light show about 7.45pm. I enjoyed it a lot, specially because I had a new tripod!
I will have to return, since what raining a little. And I have to do many pictures a had in mind but I couldn't take because I needed a tripod :)

Hoy he tenido salida con el grupo de fotografia y hemos ido al Garden by the Bay. Uno de los atractivos principales del parque son los "Supertrees" (super-arboles), y a las 7.45 hubo un espectaculo de luces muy bonito. Ademas estrene el tripode, asi que fue muy divertido!
Tendre que volver, porque estaba lloviendo un poco. Y ahora puedo hacer muchas fotos que tenia pensadas pero que necesitaba tripode :)
