I saw this waterwheel many times before, and finally went there with the camera. But taking this picture was not an easy task. Not only for the fact that the waterwheel is moving, but also because I had to take the picture from the escalator. So I had to go up and down several times, and the security guy looked at me suspiciously. I wasn't doing anything wrong, but made me feel uncomfortable and I left.

Habia visto esta noria varias veces, y el otro dia fui por fin con la camara. Pero hacer la foto fue mas dificil de lo que pensaba, porque ademas de que la noria se movia, la foto tuve que hacerla desde unas escalareas mecanicas. Asi que tuve que subir y bajar varias veces, y el de seguridad me empezo a mirarme de forma rara. No estaba haciendo nada malo, pero me sentia incomoda, asi que me fui.

I went this morning to the Spanish embassy, and after that, I went to the library@esplanade and I found this nice exhibition of some school students. Their paintings are inspired in different values, such as truth, courage, trust or harmony.I think they did it for the National day. I specially liked what a girl wrote about courage: "You will never discover new oceans unless you have the courage to step out of the shore"

These are the movies we took from the library. Thanks to the summer offer, we could take a lot! So far, we just saw "The science of sleep", and we liked it. I recommend it in original version, of course, because the speak in French, English and Spanish, and it wouldn't be the same in only one language.

Estas son las peliculas que cogimos de la biblioteca. Resulta que hay una oferta de verano, y se pueden coger mas peliculas y libros de lo normal. De momento solo hemos visto "The science of sleep", y nos gusto mucho. Por supuesto, mejor en version original, porque hablan en ingles, frances y español, y solo en un idioma no seria lo mismo.

This is the roof of the Esplanade building. Doesn't it look like many Toblerone bars? I think I want one now....
The building contains a Concert hall, a Theater, a library, and of course, a mall.

Es parte de la cupula del edificio Esplanade. Depende de como lo mires parecen toblerones, verdad?
Dentro hay una sala de conciertos, un teatro, una biblioteca, y por supuesto, un centro comercial
